# Add your company details

> Fill in your company profile so your name, logo, registration and address appear correctly on receipts, invoices and e-invoices.
>
> Source: https://docs.bcl.my/company-details/

Your company profile holds the name, logo, registration number, contact details and address that BCL prints on receipts, invoices and LHDN e-invoices. This is step 3 of 4 to your first sale.

## Open your company profile

Only the account owner and admins can edit the company profile. To open it:

1. In the sidebar, go to **Team** → **Company Profile**.

*(Screenshot: The Team menu in the BCL sidebar, with Company Profile highlighted)*

You can also open it from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or from **Settings** in the bottom bar on your phone.

## Copy your details from Bayarcash

If you [connected your Bayarcash account](/connect-bayarcash/), you can copy the details that you gave Bayarcash. You then do not type them:

1. Click **Sync Console** at the top of the page.

*(Screenshot: The Company Profile page with the Sync Console button highlighted)*

2. Check the details in the **Console Data Preview**.
3. Click **Proceed with Sync**. BCL saves the copied details immediately.

## Fill in or correct your details

Complete anything that is missing or out of date:

1. Add your logo under **Company Information**. See [Use your own logo on receipts and emails](#use-your-own-logo-on-receipts-and-emails).
2. Fill in **Organization Name** and **Registration Number (Full SSM No.)**. BCL saves both in capital letters.

*(Screenshot: The Company Information section with the Company Details fields highlighted)*

3. Fill in the **Email** and **Mobile Number** your customers can contact you on.
4. Under **Identification**, choose your **ID Type** and type the number. BCL tries to fetch your **Tax Identification Number (TIN)** from LHDN for you. You can also click the search icon next to the TIN field to fetch it again.

*(Screenshot: The Identification section with the Tax Identification Number (TIN) field highlighted)*

5. Under **Business Classification**, choose your **MSIC Code**. Type your **SST Number**, or **NA** if you are not registered for SST. BCL fills in the **Business Activity Description** from the MSIC code.
6. Fill in your address under **Address Details**, and your social media links under **Social Media** if you want them shown.
7. Click **Save Changes** at the top of the page.

*(Screenshot: The Save Changes button highlighted at the top of the Company Profile page)*

> **Note**
> If you send LHDN e-invoices, the **E-Invoice Compliance** box at the top lists any details that are still missing. See [MyInvois intermediary](/myinvois-intermediary/).

## Use your own logo on receipts and emails

Until you add a logo, your receipts and emails show the BCL logo. To use yours:

1. Go to **Team** → **Company Profile**.
2. Under **Company Information**, click **Select Media** in **Company Logo**. Then choose or upload your logo. A PNG with a transparent background, up to 150 x 120 pixels, works best.

*(Screenshot: The Company Information section with the Company Logo field and its Select Media box highlighted)*

3. Click **Save Changes** at the top of the page.

After you save it, your logo appears in these places:

- Your PDF receipts and invoices.
- The top of the emails BCL sends your customers, such as payment receipts, booking confirmations, event tickets and content access emails.
- The browser tab icon of your forms, your [homepage](/homepage/) and the [Live Dashboard](/live-dashboard/) of your payment and event forms.
- Your [customer portal](/customer-portal/): the sign-in page, the menu and each order.
- Your protected content sign-in page and your pay-per-view live player.

## Change the contact on the Need Help? button

Your customers can contact you from a **Need Help?** button. It always shows on the receipt page after payment, and on a form when you turn it on. The window shows your **Organization Name** as the **Provider**, your **Registration Number (Full SSM No.)**, your **Email** and your **Mobile Number** as a WhatsApp link.

*(Screenshot: The Need Help? window on a receipt page, with the Provider, Reg. No, Email and WhatsApp rows)*

The details come from your company profile, so there is one number for all your forms. To change it:

1. Go to **Team** → **Company Profile**.
2. Change **Mobile Number** (and **Email** if needed). Use a number that has WhatsApp.
3. Click **Save Changes** at the top of the page.

To show the button on a payment form too:

1. Open the form and go to the **Miscellaneous Settings** tab.
2. Under **Float Buttons**, turn on **Show Contact Button**.
3. Click **Update Form**.

Event and booking forms have the same switch.

> **Note**
> The Bayarcash payment page, where your customer chooses their bank, is not part of BCL. Its business details come from your Bayarcash account. See [Change the business details your customers see when they pay](/bayarcash-payment-page/).

Next step: [Create your first payment form](/create-payment-form/).

## Common issues

### How do I change the BCL logo on my receipts and emails?

Add your logo in Company Logo on Team → Company Profile and click Save Changes. BCL then puts it on your PDF receipts and invoices and at the top of the emails it sends your customers.

### How do I replace the BCL logo in the browser tab with my own?

Use the same Company Logo. After you save it, it is the browser tab icon on your forms, your BCL homepage and the Live Dashboard (/live-dashboard/) of your payment and event forms.

### Can my staff change the company details?

No. Only the account owner and admins can open and edit Company Profile.

### What do I put in SST Number if I am not registered for SST?

Type NA.

### How do I change the WhatsApp number on the Need Help button?

The Need Help? window shows the Mobile Number and Email from Team → Company Profile. Change them there and click Save Changes. There is no separate number per form.
