# Ship orders with DelyvaNow

> Connect DelyvaNow to BCL, pick a courier and rate for each order or in bulk, print the airway bill and track or cancel the shipment.

DelyvaNow lets you book many couriers from one DelyvaNow account. Connect it to BCL to compare rates for an order, book the courier you want and print the airway bill without leaving BCL. Each shipment is paid from your DelyvaNow credit.

## Before you start

You need three things:

- The **Courier Integration** add-on, from **Add-ons** → **Available Add-ons**.
- A DelyvaNow account with an API key. In DelyvaNow, go to **Settings** → **API Integrations** and click **Add new key**. Copy the API key and your Customer ID from that page.
- Credit in your DelyvaNow account, to pay for the shipments.

## Connect DelyvaNow

Do this once for your team:

1. Go to **Platform Setup** → **Courier Integration**.
2. On the **DelyvaNow** card, click **Connect**. If DelyvaNow is already set up, the button says **Manage**. A side panel opens.

3. Under **API Credentials**, turn on **Enable DelyvaNow**.
4. Paste your **API Key** and **Customer ID**. Click **Verify Connection** to check them before you save. For a test account from demo.delyva.app, also turn on **Demo account**.

5. Under **Parcel Settings**, choose what **Item Description** prints against each item on the consignment note: **Item Name** or **SKU**.

6. Fill in **Sender Information**: your name, phone, email and pickup address.

7. Click **Save DelyvaNow**.

BCL connects to DelyvaNow and sets up live delivery status for your shipments. If you see **DelyvaNow saved, but not connected**, check the API key and Customer ID. The switch on the card turns DelyvaNow on or off later without opening the panel.

## Create a shipment

The order must be paid (or cash on delivery), have items with a weight, and have a full delivery address in Malaysia with the buyer's phone number. For each order:

1. Go to **Transactions** and find the order.
2. Click the truck icon (**Courier**) on the row, then **DelyvaNow**. A panel shows the shipping details, your **DelyvaNow credit** and a list of couriers with their price.
3. Click **Create Shipment** on the courier you want, then **Yes**.

BCL shows **Shipment created** with the tracking number. Sometimes the tracking number takes a few minutes to arrive. For a cash on delivery order, the list shows only couriers that collect cash, and the courier collects the order amount from the buyer.

### Not enough credit

If your DelyvaNow credit does not cover the price, the courier shows **Not enough credit** and the shipment waits as pending. Click **Top up** to add credit in DelyvaNow. Then open the shipment again in **Transactions** and click **Retry**.

## Create shipments in bulk

To ship many orders at once, tick them in **Transactions**, open **Shipping** in the bulk actions and choose **Bulk DelyvaNow**. In **Bulk Create DelyvaNow Shipments**:

1. Check the **Orders** summary. Paid and cash on delivery orders are in separate groups. Click **View** next to **Skipped** to see which orders BCL left out, and why.
2. For each group, click **Select** on a courier. The price is an estimate from one order in the group: the final price depends on each parcel's weight and address.
3. Click **Create** with the number of shipments, for example **Create 5 shipments**.

BCL creates the shipments in the background and sends a notification when they are done.

## Print the airway bill and track

Open the shipment again to print or follow it:

1. In **Transactions**, click the green truck icon on the order, then **DelyvaNow**.
2. Click **View Airway Bill** to open the label in a new tab, and print it.

**Track Shipment** opens the DelyvaNow tracking page. The delivery status updates by itself. To check now, click **Refresh Status**.

## Cancel a shipment

Open the shipment, click **Cancel Shipment**, then **Yes, cancel shipment**. DelyvaNow cancels the booking and the courier does not pick up the parcel. Throw away any airway bill you printed for it. You can create a new shipment for the order later. Once a driver is assigned, you can no longer cancel the shipment in BCL.

## Common issues

### How do I connect DelyvaNow to BCL?

In DelyvaNow, go to Settings → API Integrations and click Add new key. Copy the API key and your Customer ID.

In BCL, go to Platform Setup → Courier Integration and click Connect on the DelyvaNow card. Turn on Enable DelyvaNow, paste the API Key and Customer ID, fill in Sender Information and click Save DelyvaNow.

### My DelyvaNow shipment says pending. What do I do?

DelyvaNow pays for each shipment from your DelyvaNow credit. If the credit is too low, the shipment waits as pending. Click Top up to add credit in DelyvaNow, then open the shipment in Transactions and click Retry.

### Why does the DelyvaNow window not show my order?

BCL offers DelyvaNow only for orders that are paid (or cash on delivery), have items with a weight, and have a full delivery address in Malaysia with the buyer's phone number. In bulk, BCL lists the orders it skipped and why under Skipped.
