Pos Malaysia ships your orders with Pos Laju through SendParcel Pro. Connect your SendParcel Pro account to BCL to book a shipment from an order, print the airway bill and follow the delivery status. Pos Malaysia can collect the parcel from your address.

## Before you start

You need three things:

- The **Courier Integration** add-on, from **Add-ons** → **Available Add-ons**.
- A SendParcel Pro account. In the [SendParcel dashboard](https://dashboard.pos.com.my/), go to **Integration** → **Add Store** and copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret**.
- Your Pos Malaysia account number. In SendParcel Pro, open the profile menu at the top right and choose **Linked Account**. Copy the number in the **Account Number** column.

## Connect Pos Malaysia

Do this once for your team:

1. Go to **Platform Setup** → **Courier Integration**.
2. On the **Pos Malaysia** card, click **Connect**. If Pos Malaysia is already set up, the button shows **Manage**. A side panel opens.

3. Under **API Credentials**, turn on **Enable Pos Malaysia**.
4. Paste your **Client ID** and **Client Secret**. Click **Verify Connection** to check them before you save.

5. Under **Parcel Settings**, choose what **Item Description** prints on the consignment note: **Item Name** or **SKU**. For **SKU**, set a SKU on each item first.

6. Under **Shipping Settings**, paste your **Account Number**. Choose the **Default Item Type**: **Document**, **Merchandise** or **Parcel**.
7. Fill in **Sender Information**: your name, phone, email and pickup address. If another courier is already set up, **Copy from** with its name fills in the same details.

8. Under **Pickup Settings**, turn on **Pickup Required** if Pos Malaysia must collect the parcels from your address. Then choose the **Pickup Start Time** and **Pickup End Time**.
9. Click **Save Pos Malaysia**.

BCL shows **Pos Malaysia saved**. Later, use the switch on the card to turn Pos Malaysia on or off. You do not have to open the panel.

## Create a shipment

The order must be paid (or cash on delivery) and have items with a weight. It must also have a full delivery address in Malaysia, with the buyer's phone number. Pos Malaysia takes parcels up to 30 kg. For each order:

1. Go to **Transactions** and find the order.
2. Click the truck icon (**Courier**) on the row, then **Pos Malaysia**. A panel shows the order, the delivery address and the total weight.
3. Make sure that the address and the weight are correct.
4. Click **Create Shipment**.

BCL shows **Shipment created** with the tracking number. Sometimes the tracking number takes a few minutes to arrive. For a cash on delivery order, Pos Malaysia collects the order amount from the buyer.

### When Pos Malaysia refuses an order

If the order is not ready, the panel shows **Shipment Unavailable** with the reason. For example:

- The order has no buyer phone number.
- The postcode is empty or is not a Malaysian postcode.
- The items have no weight, or the parcel is more than 30 kg.
- The delivery address is not in Malaysia.

Correct the order, then try again. If Pos Malaysia refuses the booking, BCL shows **Shipment Creation Failed** with the reason from Pos Malaysia. These messages stay on screen until you close them with **X**.

## Create shipments in bulk

To ship many orders at once:

1. In **Transactions**, tick the orders.
2. Open **Shipping** in the bulk actions and choose **Bulk Pos Malaysia**.
3. In **Bulk Create Pos Malaysia Shipments**, click **Create Shipments**.

BCL books each order that is ready. A progress bar shows at the top of the page. When the shipments are done, BCL sends a notification with the number of orders it booked. The notification also lists each order that it did not send, with the reason. Click **Print all labels** in the notification to print the airway bills.

## Print the airway bills

For one order, click the green shipment button with the Pos Malaysia logo on the order. Click **View Airway Bill** to open the label in a new tab, and print it.

To print many labels in one PDF:

1. In **Transactions**, tick the orders.
2. Open **Shipping** in the bulk actions. In the **Pos Malaysia** part of the menu, choose **Bulk Print Airway Bill**.
3. In **Bulk Print Pos Malaysia Airway Bills**, keep the orders you want ticked. Click **Skipped** to see which orders BCL left out, and why.
4. Click **Print** with the number of labels, for example **Print 5 labels**.

The PDF opens in a new tab. It holds up to 100 labels. BCL skips an order with no shipment, a cancelled shipment or no airway bill.

## Follow the delivery status

BCL checks Pos Malaysia for new statuses by itself. To check now, open the shipment and click **Refresh Status**. You can refresh again after one minute. **Track Shipment** opens the Pos Malaysia tracking page. The statuses are:

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Picked up** | Pos Malaysia has the parcel. |
| **In transit** | The parcel is on its way. |
| **Out for delivery** | The parcel goes to the buyer today. |
| **Delivered** | The buyer received the parcel. |
| **Delivery failed** | The delivery attempt failed. Check with Pos Malaysia. |
| **Returned** | The parcel came back to you. |

## Cancel a shipment

You can cancel a shipment before Pos Malaysia picks up the parcel:

1. Open the shipment and click **Cancel Shipment**.
2. Click **Yes, cancel shipment**.

Pos Malaysia cancels the booking. Throw away any airway bill you printed for it. You can create a new shipment for the order later.

If **Cancel Shipment** does not show, Pos Malaysia already has the parcel. Or Pos Malaysia does not let BCL cancel the shipment for your account. Cancel it in SendParcel Pro, or contact Pos Malaysia.

## Common issues

### How do I connect Pos Malaysia to BCL?

In the SendParcel dashboard, go to Integration → Add Store and copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

In BCL, go to Platform Setup → Courier Integration and click Connect on the Pos Malaysia card. Turn on Enable Pos Malaysia, paste the Client ID and Client Secret, fill in your Account Number and Sender Information, and click Save Pos Malaysia.

### Why does Pos Malaysia say Shipment Unavailable?

The order is not ready for Pos Malaysia. The message tells you the reason. For example, the order has no buyer phone number, no valid Malaysian postcode or no weight, or it weighs more than 30 kg. Correct the order, then open the Pos Malaysia panel again.

### Where do I find my Pos Malaysia Account Number?

In SendParcel Pro, open the profile menu at the top right and choose Linked Account. Copy the number in the Account Number column. Paste it under Shipping Settings in the Pos Malaysia panel in BCL.

### How do I cancel a Pos Malaysia shipment?

Open the shipment in Transactions and click Cancel Shipment, then Yes, cancel shipment. You can cancel only before Pos Malaysia picks up the parcel. If Cancel Shipment does not show, cancel it in SendParcel Pro or contact Pos Malaysia.
