# 可以问AI助手的事

> 给已连接BCL的Claude、ChatGPT和其他AI App的现成提示词，涵盖销售、订单、付款链接、受保护内容和affiliate。

在你[把AI助手连接到BCL](/zh/connect-ai-agent/)后，就可以用自己的话提出要求。下面的提示词都根据BCL工具真正能做的事测试过。复制一个，改掉名称和日期，然后贴进你的AI助手。

你可以用英文或马来文提问。BCL也在**Platform Setup** → **Connect AI Agent**的**Examples**标签页，列出一些入门提示词。

## 提问之前

有几件事决定AI助手能回答什么：

- 读取资料需要`mcp:read`权限。创建或更改任何东西还需要`mcp:write`。请看[Approve the connection](/zh/connect-ai-agent/#批准连接)。
- 销售总额、交易列表和顾客总额只计算**live**（真实）付款。测试模式的付款不计算在内。
- AI助手看到的就是你的BCL登录看到的。**Team**成员只能看到自己的销售，除非团队共享资料。请看[团队角色和权限](/zh/team-roles/)。

## 今天和这个月的销售

AI助手可以读取任何日期范围内已付款的真实交易：

## 找顾客的订单

AI助手可以用订单号码、付款人名字、电邮或电话号码搜索：

## 创建付款链接或表单

付款链接需要金额、付款人的名字、电邮和电话号码，以及收钱的Bayarcash **portal key**。先从Bayarcash Console复制key（请看[选择Bayarcash portal key](/zh/bayarcash-portal-key/)）：

AI助手会回复一个链接，让你发给顾客。它不能从零开始创建新的付款表单，但可以复制你的表单，然后再更改：

> **Caution**
> 复制出来的表单一创建就是正式上线的。如果还没准备好，就叫AI助手把它关闭，或马上在**Payments** → **Forms**检查。

## 受保护内容

AI助手可以列出你的受保护内容、显示谁有访问权限，以及更改访问规则。它不能创建内容或上传文件。请看[用API和AI工具管理受保护内容](/zh/protected-content-api/)。

## Affiliate

关于affiliate，AI助手可以更改表单的affiliate设置。Affiliate计划必须已经在**Affiliate** → **Settings**开启（请看[Turn on affiliates](/zh/enable-affiliates/)）：

AI助手不能列出你的affiliate、他们的推荐或佣金发放。这些请在仪表板的**Affiliate**查看。

## 小贴士

几个好习惯，让AI助手回答得更好：

- **准确说出表单名称**。AI助手按标题找表单。如果两个表单名称相似，就给它仪表板上的表单ID。
- **更改之前先要一份摘要**。例如：“Show me the prices you will change, and wait for my OK.”
- **大工作需要几分钟**。每个连接每分钟只能创建3个付款链接、优惠券或mandate，以及做10个其他更改，所以列表很长时，AI助手会暂停一下。请看[MCP工具参考](/zh/mcp-tools/#速率限制)。

## 常见问题

### AI助手可以帮我创建一个新的付款表单吗？

不能从零开始创建。它可以用新的标题和slug复制你的其中一个表单，然后更改标题、价格、库存和描述。新表单请在仪表板创建。

### 我要AI助手创建付款链接时，为什么它问我portal key？

BCL需要知道哪个Bayarcash portal收钱，而AI助手查不到你的portal key。请从Bayarcash Console复制32个字符的key，放进你的请求里。

### AI助手可以显示我affiliate的佣金吗？

不可以。AI助手可以为表单开启或关闭affiliate，并设置佣金，但不能列出你的affiliate、推荐或佣金发放。这些请在仪表板的Affiliate查看。
