# 用EasyParcel运送订单

> 把你的EasyParcel账号连接到BCL，比较快递运费，并在Transactions页面为订单创建运单。

连接EasyParcel后，你可以直接从BCL订单创建运单。BCL会为每个订单取得各快递的运费，你选好一个，追踪号码就会保存在订单上。

## 开始之前

你需要三样东西：

- **Courier Integration**附加服务（add-on），在**Add-ons** → **Available Add-ons**获取。
- 一个有足够余额支付运费的EasyParcel账号。
- 你的EasyParcel API key。在EasyParcel仪表板前往**Integrations** → **Add New Store**，选择**API Integration**，再选择**Individual API**，然后复制API key。BCL的设置旁边也会显示同样的步骤。

## 连接EasyParcel

复制好API key后，在BCL连接它：

1. 前往**Platform Setup** → **Courier Integration**，打开**EasyParcel**标签页。

2. 开启**Enable EasyParcel Integration**。
3. 把你的key粘贴到**API Key**，然后点击**Verify Connection**。

4. 可选：在**Parcel Settings**下，选择托运单上的**Parcel Content**要印什么：**Form Title**或每个产品的**SKU**。
5. 在**Sender Information**下，填写寄件人姓名、电话、电邮和取件地址。
6. 可选：在**Tracking Options**下，开启**SMS EasyParcel Tracking**或**WhatsApp EasyParcel Tracking**。EasyParcel会为这些功能另外收费。
7. 点击**Save EasyParcel Settings**。

## 创建运单

为每个要寄出的订单：

1. 前往**Transactions**，找到该订单。
2. 点击那一行的货车图标（**Courier**），再点击**EasyParcel**。只有在EasyParcel已开启，而且订单有完整的送货地址时，这个选项才会出现。
3. 检查运送资料和快递运费。显示的运费不包括附加服务，创建订单时可能会有变动。
4. 在你要的服务上点击**Create Shipment**，然后点击**Yes**确认。

运单创建后，BCL会显示追踪号码。运费会从你的EasyParcel余额扣除。

## 常见问题

### 为什么我在订单上看不到EasyParcel选项？

只有在Courier Integration里开启了EasyParcel，而且订单有产品和完整的送货地址（地址、城市、州属和邮编）时，这个选项才会出现。Courier Integration附加服务（add-on）也必须处于启用状态。

### 创建运单失败，显示Insufficient Credit。怎么办？

EasyParcel会从你的EasyParcel余额（credit）扣除运费。先在EasyParcel充值，然后再创建一次运单。

### EasyParcel可以为我的COD订单代收现金吗？

可以，只要该快递提供COD。对于COD订单，不能代收现金的服务会显示COD Not Available，而不是Create Shipment。
