Get started with BCL

BCL is where you sell online: payment forms, payment links, event tickets, bookings, affiliates and automations. The money itself is collected by Bayarcash, the payment gateway behind BCL, and paid out to your bank account. See BCL and Bayarcash, what each one does.

Set up your account in this order. Each step has its own guide.

1. Register with Bayarcash

BCL needs an approved Bayarcash merchant account to take real payments. If you do not have one, register as a Bayarcash merchant. Registration and approval are handled by Bayarcash.

While you wait, turn on Test Mode in Platform Setup → Payment and carry on with the steps below. Test payments go to the Bayarcash sandbox, and no real money moves.

2. Set up your account

These three steps take a few minutes each:

Connecting Bayarcash needs the account owner. If you are waiting for approval, do it later and go on to your first form.

3. Create your first form

Build a payment form in Payments → Forms, and share its link. See Create your first payment form. To choose between a payment, event, booking or lead form, or the price settings, see Choose the right form type.

4. Make a test payment

Before you share the form, pay on it yourself as a customer would:

1. Make sure the form is in Test Mode: Test Mode is on for your account, or the form’s Payment Mode is Test Mode.
2. Open the form with View Form in Payments → Forms, fill in your details and pay. In the Bayarcash sandbox you choose a test bank, and nothing is charged.
3. Check the payment in Transactions. A test payment has a blue flask icon. See Find a transaction.

5. Go live

Once Bayarcash has approved your account and it is connected, turn off Test Mode in Platform Setup → Payment. Forms with Payment Mode on Platform Default now take real payments. A form set to Test Mode on its own stays in test mode until you change it.

What to set up next

Add what your business needs once the first form works:

• Share your BCL homepage, one link that lists all your forms.
• Create a payment link for one-off sales by WhatsApp.
• Send WhatsApp notifications with Wabot or Wasapbot for every sale.
• Add a team member for your staff.

Tips

• Build while you wait for Bayarcash. Everything you make in Test Mode keeps working after you connect, so you can launch the day you are approved.
• Make one test payment for every new form. It checks the form, the emails your customer gets and any automations in one go.

Common issues

How do I start using BCL?

Register as a Bayarcash merchant first, since BCL collects payments through Bayarcash. While you wait for approval, turn on Test Mode and build your first form. Then connect Bayarcash in Platform Setup → Payment, set your gateway fees and company details, make a test payment and go live.

Can I try BCL before my Bayarcash account is approved?

Yes. Turn on Test Mode in Platform Setup → Payment and build your forms. Test payments go to the Bayarcash sandbox and nothing is charged. You do not need to rebuild the forms after you connect.
