The Transactions page lists every payment made through your forms, payment links and QR codes, newest first. The number next to Transactions in the sidebar is how many are still pending.

You can also filter straight from a column header, for example Status, Amount or Channel: click the icon next to the column name. See Filter a table from its column headers.
To show or hide columns such as Remarks or Tracking No, click Columns.

Common issues
My test payments have disappeared from Transactions. Where are they?
Transactions shows only the mode your account is in. With Test Mode on you see test payments, and with it off you see real ones. The Testing Payment filter does not change this. A form whose Payment Mode is Test Mode makes test payments even when your account is live. Switch the mode in Platform Setup → Payment to see the other set.

What is the difference between Successful and Completed?
Successful means the payment went through. Completed is a successful transaction that you marked as done with Mark As Completed, for example after you delivered the order.
A payment shows Failed. Why?
Open the transaction and read its Status Description, which often says why. See Check a transaction's details.
